Job description

This role is an integral part of the Business Enablement function of the ERP Landscape change program. It will be responsible for contributing to the overall Change Management strategy, supporting the overall Change Management approach including analytics for multiple deployments with different business groups and stakeholders., * Support the Change Management Team, Accelerate Program team and deployment groups by collaborating in the identification and documentation of business change impacts including degree of impact, the scope of people impacted, and impacted process.

  • Support the Change Management Team, Accelerate Program team and deployment groups in the tracking all People/Change impact mitigation actions to closure
  • Assist Change Leads drive and track all Business enablement activities to build cohesive event calendar
  • Lead all efforts in inputting & analyzing data from change impacts, stakeholder attributes and analysis and change activities
  • Ensure that Deployment Teams and Accelerate Program members have access proper levels of Stakeholder and Change Impact information. Answer questions and provide clarity to drive greater understanding of any data and support alignment in the findings.
  • Support and help analyze the organizational change readiness(via surveys or focus groups, for example), taking the timeline of key program activities and Go/No-Go decisions into consideration. This is completed in coordination with the Deployment Lead, Change Management Team and Project Managers.
  • Support the execution and tracking of the deployment group communication plan in partnership with overall Accelerate program communication plan to promote end user and stakeholder buy-in for Accelerate objectives. Coordinate with the Change Leads, Accelerate teammates, and/or Business partners as needed.
  • Review and provide input to the Change Management work plan and provide timely and regular status updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3 or more years of relevant professional experience in change management, systems analysis, or project support
  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in change management, system analysis, or related fields
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to establish rapport, network and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational context and challenges
  • Versatility and ability to adjust priorities quickly and manage multiple stakeholder needs
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel
  • Experience and knowledge in business analytics & other reporting tools (Microsoft BI, Tableau, etc)
  • Experience with prior EPR implementations preferred, * How many years of SAP experience do you have?
