AI Engineer

• Design and develop AI models and algorithms, including large language models (LLMs), to solve business challenges
• Implement and support retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for enhanced information retrieval and response generation
• Build, fine-tune, and deploy models using Hugging Face libraries and tools
• Configure, customize, and optimize GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot to support development and business users (Copilot experience is a strong plus)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and Copilot-based solutions into existing systems and processes
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and improve model performance
• Monitor and maintain AI models and Copilot solutions in production environments
• Document technical solutions, use cases, and best practices, and provide knowledge transfer to team members and end users

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

• Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role (including internships or junior positions)
• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Proficient in or familiar with large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques
• Experience with Hugging Face libraries and model deployment is a plus
• Experience with programming languages such as Python (knowledge of R is a plus)
• Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Proficient with or strong interest in Generative AI tools
• Experience with GitHub Copilot and/or Microsoft 365 Copilot is a strong plus
• Familiar with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
• Good communication in English
• You demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn
