IT Systems Specialist

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Implement and oversee DevSecOps practices to integrate security into the development lifecycle, promoting a culture of secure coding and deployment.
• Automate deployment processes using tools like Terraform, scripting languages (Python, Bash), and CI/CD pipelines to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot system issues related to Linux, Windows, Oracle databases, and operating systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize IT monitoring tools to track system health, perform performance monitoring, and proactively identify potential issues before they impact users.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to facilitate scalable, repeatable deployments aligned with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) standards.
• Collaborate with project teams using Agile methodologies to deliver technology solutions efficiently while adhering to best practices in system troubleshooting and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering).

• Proven experience in system administration within diverse IT environments including Linux, Windows, Oracle, and cloud infrastructures such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, scripting (Python, Bash), Terraform, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform and configuration management for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools, IT monitoring solutions, and technical troubleshooting support for complex systems.
• Project management experience in technology projects with a focus on delivering scalable solutions within an Agile framework.
• Solid understanding of APIs integration, operating systems management, DevOps automation techniques, and SDLC processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with effective communication abilities to support technical troubleshooting across diverse platforms.
