Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of an AI/ML platform, services, and solutions. This role will shape the intelligence layer of our Unified Security Posture Management (USPM) platform, driving innovation in AI, machine learning, and automation to deliver actionable business outcomes. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Partner Management, and customer stakeholders to develop AI-powered capabilities that unify security posture insights across the cybersecurity ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the AI/ML architecture for the USPM platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and resilience.
- Develop AI-driven analytics across posture management domains, including CSPM, DSPM, ASPM, IAM, and related security disciplines.
- Translate business and customer requirements into scalable AI solutions in partnership with Product and Engineering teams.
- Design and implement large-scale data pipelines, real-time processing, and machine learning workflows.
- Leverage cloud-native AI/ML services across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Ensure AI solutions align with security, compliance, governance, and Zero Trust principles.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and applying emerging AI and cybersecurity technologies.
- Collaborate with partners to enable interoperability and integrations across the security ecosystem.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to engineering and data teams.
Requirements
- 7 years of software architecture experience with a strong focus on AI/ML systems.
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, distributed systems, data engineering, ETL, and streaming architectures.
- Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI, or similar cloud-native AI platforms.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud security, identity, and posture management technologies.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and customer outcomes.
- Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, adapts to changing priorities, and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Benefits & conditions
The base range for this contract position is $80.00 - $100.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
