Job description
- Lead and Deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions to Optimize Business Processes
- Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM projects, including upgrades, migrations, and end-user support.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications which may involve CRM, and ERP (Business Central or Supply Chain Management versions of Dynamics).
- Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows to streamline business processes and automate workflows.
- SharePoint administration
- Timely delivery of project milestones, maintain clear stakeholder communication.
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation/optimization.
- Documentation: business requirements, functional specifications, process flows.
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend enhancements or new solutions.
- Maintain data integrity through validation, audits, and reconciliation.
- Communicate system changes and outages to the CAB prior to implementation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of experience in business systems or IT support.
Minimum Qualifications: Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-6 years of experience in developing business applications, cloud system administration, or data analyst role (internships acceptable).
Skills & Abilities:
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP, including configuration and customization.
- Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Experience in creating business rules, forms, views, command bar extensions
- Deep understanding of Dataverse data modeling (tables, relationships, choices)
- Knowledge of CRM configuration vs customization boundaries
- Effectively provide SharePoint administration tasks.
- Strong knowledge of business processes and data analysis tools.
- Experience with SharePoint workflows and IT infrastructure.
- Proven ability to design and implement business solutions.
