Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead with strong onsite/onshore AMS support experience supporting US-based customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP FICO operations, transition management, stakeholder engagement, and global delivery environments. This role requires leading AMS support, ensuring service stability, driving continuous improvements, and managing SAP FICO processes across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes., AMS Delivery & Operations

  • Lead SAP AMS delivery and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Manage Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management activities.
  • Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent resolutions.
  • Ensure operational stability of SAP FICO environments.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams for 24x7 support coverage.

Transition Management

  • Lead knowledge transfer activities from incumbent vendors/teams.
  • Validate configurations, processes, and support documentation.
  • Identify transition risks, dependencies, and gaps.
  • Establish governance, reporting, and escalation frameworks.
  • Drive stabilization and handover to steady-state support.

  • Hands-on experience with transition and stabilization projects.
  • Direct client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience working with offshore teams in global delivery models.
