Mobile Developer - Android & Kotlin

• Develop and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and the Android Jetpack ecosystem.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions with a focus on MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Integrate mobile applications with backend systems and implement monitoring through Firebase.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from initial analysis and development to final release and user guidance.
• Monitor mobile trends and contribute to the long-term evolution of the mobile architecture and UI/UX design.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless alignment between mobile apps and the broader application landscape.

• 8+ years of experience with Android SDK and Kotlin, including Coroutines and Flow.
• 5+ years of software architecture expertise using MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Dependency Injection frameworks such as Koin.
• 5+ years working with Firebase services including Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, and Firestore.
• 3+ years of experience integrating REST APIs using Retrofit or OkHttp.
• Proficiency in modern UI development with Jetpack Compose.
• Knowledge of local data storage using Room.
• Possess a Master's degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
• Proactive team player with a strong focus on knowledge sharing.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with the Ktor client.
• Willingness to learn SQL Server and ERP-specific backend environments.
• Interest in expanding skills toward iOS development with Swift or cross-platform frameworks like Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
