Your objective is clear:rebuild the team from scratch(7 new hires), ensure operational continuity, and lead the strategic migration of the Telekom platform.You will havetotal autonomyto define how your unit operates under a hybrid model:60% team management & strategy / 40% expert technical contribution.What will you do on Day 1?Build Your Team:Lead the recruitment of 7 senior engineers to fill critical positions in Spain.Take Technical Command:Become the subject matter expert for Linux platforms, Ceph storage, and OpenStack.Mitigate Risks:Ensure that the Telekom migration and the stability of Stretch platform are not compromised during the transition.Design the Future:Establish on-call policies, operational workflows, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation standards.Your Technical and Personal ProfileWe are looking for a"Player-Coach"who commands the respect of engineers because you have been in the trenches yourself.Credible Leadership:2+ years managing technical teams and the ability to attract top-tier talent within the Spanish market.Solid Technical Foundation:5+ years of real-world experience in large-scale Linux systems administration.Cloud & Storage Expert:Essential hands-on experience withCephandOpenStack.Automation Master:Proficiency inAnsible, Puppet, or Terraform.Solution-Oriented Mindset:The ability to transform chaos into scalable, well-documented systems.Are you ready to build the team that will define our technical future?#J-*****-Ljbffr
