The Software Engineering Manager will lead software development initiatives, design software solutions, manage delivery timelines, and oversee the creation of the internal toolset, which will automate internal processes. With tens of data sources, multiple data providers, and near-real-time data streaming, it lies at the heart of our infrastructure.How You'll Drive Success ?Optimize CI/CD processes to ensure high standards of software delivery.Further expand on the automation of Data Ops and Integration teams' tasks.With other team leads, design and lead the development of infrastructural components of our cluster, formulating and adopting best practices with robust instruments.Oversee the development and modernization of data feeds.What makes you the perfect fit ?Strong Software Development and Software Architecture skillsBroad technological outlookTeam Leadership and Project Management skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working with Distributed SystemsExperience with Python, Golang stacksSolid understanding of modern deployment infrastructure, like Kubernetes and Cloud environmentsExperience working with continuous delivery pipelinesIt'll also be an advantage if you have experience in:Finance experience or knowledge of TradingKnowledge of TradingView ?
