Are you passionate about automation, CI/CD, and software delivery? We are looking for aSenior DevOps Engineerto join innovative industrial technology projects and help improve the development, testing, and release processes of complex software products. In this role, you will contribute to the design and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and deployment workflows while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.Working closely with software developers, QA engineers, security specialists, and product teams, you will help ensure reliable, scalable, and efficient software delivery across the entire development lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and enhanceCI/CD pipelinesto support software development and release activities.Develop and manage automated build, test, and deployment processes.Maintain reproducible development and testing environments usingDockerand related technologies.Collaborate with development teams to improve software delivery efficiency and release quality.Integrate automated testing, code quality, and security checks into CI/CD workflows.Manage software artifacts, versioning, and release processes using artifact repositories.Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor pipeline performance and delivery metrics.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to build systems, deployment pipelines, and development environments.Contribute to automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve engineering productivity.Document processes, best practices, and operational procedures.Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve development workflows.QualificationsDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.4+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, Build & Release Engineering, or similar roles.Experience with Jenkins, Git, Docker, Linux, and Python.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, software delivery, and release management processes.Experience integrating testing, quality, or security checks into development workflows.Familiarity with artifact management solutions such as Artifactory or similar tools.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.Professional level of English.Based in Madrid or Barcelona.SalaryThe salary for this position ranges from € ****** to € ****** gross per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.BenefitsPermanent contract with Abylsen.Hybrid position within Spain.Flexible working hours.Private health insurance fully covered by Abylsen.Access to an extensive learning platform with training courses, certifications, languages, software, and soft skills.Wellhub (Gympass) membership with access to sports centers, wellness programs, and fitness activities.Opportunity to work on innovative international technology and engineering projects.Collaborative and multicultural work environment.Competitive salary package.Company CultureHOUSE OF ABY: a unique playground for our talents! Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field. 4+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, Build & Release Engineering, or similar roles. Experience with Jenkins, Git, Docker, Linux, and Python. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, software delivery, and release management processes. Experience integrating testing, quality, or security checks into development workflows. Familiarity with artifact management solutions such as Artifactory or similar tools. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Professional level of English.
