Senior Software QA Engineer

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
• Be a productive member of the team.

• 8+ years of overall experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA), including test planning, execution, and quality assurance across enterprise applications.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related IT discipline.
• T-shaped QA professional with broad testing expertise and deep specialization in functional and integration testing.
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst, Developer, or similar technical role is an added advantage.
• Strong experience in defining and implementing Test Strategies to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (preferred) or similar test management tools for test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).
• Experience testing REST APIs using Postman or similar API testing tools.
• Hands-on experience testing web applications, mobile applications, and APIs.
• Strong expertise in End-to-End Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and System Integration Testing (SIT).
• Working knowledge of Non-Functional Testing, including performance and other quality attributes.
• Experience with test automation, preferably using Python-based frameworks such as Robot Framework or PyTest.
• Experience coordinating and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience in the Banking, Payments, Credit Cards, or Financial Services domain.
• ISTQB Certification (Foundation or Advanced Level, preferably Test Analyst or Agile Tester).
• Experience working with the Temenos Transact Core Banking System is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional Agile teams.
