We are looking to recruit Business Intelligence Analyst who will be responsible for build coordination, create reports, maintain and manger stakeholders. Holds commercial experience, sound Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ideally versatile team player who can undertake BI support activities with minimal supervision. The candidate should have sound knowledge in SDLC. You should be a quick learner and self-motivated personnel having good communications skills. Engineering Degree level qualification or an NVQ Level 6 qualification with experience. Nice to have UK master's degree and will be an added advantage.
Salary £33K - £38K depends on experience/Qualification.
Key Skills and Job expectations:
Design and implement Data transformation tasks using visual studios and other ETL tools
Design and implement data validation and pipeline to import data from various data sources.
Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor business performance and key KPIs.
Design features like selecting, building and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques.
Experience analysing data using tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI or Tableau.
Comfortable working with databases, data modelling and data transformation.
Experience writing technical requirements, user stories and functional documentation.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Reviewing business areas to understand current processes and workflows
Identifying and prioritising AI and data opportunities
Mapping processes and translating findings into clear, actionable insights
Supporting scoping and shaping of work for technical delivery teams
Ensuring solutions deliver measurable value, impact and ROI
Working closely with stakeholders to understand needs and challenge thinking
Supporting transformation from current-state to AI-enabled future state
Exposure to AI, Generative AI or Machine Learning projects.
Experience working alongside Data Engineers, Data Scientists or Analytics teams.
Understanding of data pipelines, governance and modern cloud technologies.
Experience working across AI transformation programmes
Strong skills in process mapping, modelling and improvement
Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements
Power BI, SSRS, Python, R or similar, Looker, Pandas, NumPy, BIDS, Office365, Visual studio,
Any cloud exposure (Azure/AWS)
