M365 Solution Architect - Remote working - £500 - £550 per day

As an advisory M365 Solution Architect, you'll be working with a varied mix of clients and wide range of projects. You'll be delivering work at high and low level; Shaping, strategy, technical design and 'on the tools'. Every project will present a different challenge; so, if you are enthusiastic and adaptable, this is an opportunity for you to thrive. The position offers the option of remote working but will require some occasional travel to client sites., This temporary contract is inside IR35 and will require working under the direction of the client delivery manager as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will follow established delivery processes and working practices.

Have a good working knowledge across the M365 portfolio, with SME knowledge in specifically M365 Copilot and Power Platform. . Have experience working with a range of different project and architecture methodologies and frameworks (Agile Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, TOGAF, RCDA etc.) . Have experience with Architecting M365 solutions and the creation of HLD documents. . Experience of Copilot pilots/proof of concepts. . Experience delivering solutions using Power Platform and establishing models to sustainably manage these solutions (eg centre of excellence). . Quickly develop close working relationships and engage with others at an appropriate level . Empathise, understand client requirements, and align the solution/technology with the desired outcome . Manage stakeholders at all levels and balance risk vs reward vs cost . Identify opportunities for improvement and follow on work . Bring fresh ideas based on past successes (and failures) from previous engagements to new scenarios . Are self managed, motivated, and can work independently . Support the development of other team members by knowledge sharing and mentoring.
