Senior Director, People Partner, Google Cloud

Experteer Overview In this role, you shape Google Cloud's people strategy to support rapid growth and transformative AI initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders to design and execute global, cross-functional people programs, coaching, and organizational transformations. You'll translate data-driven insights into action, helping cross-disciplinary teams deliver enterprise value and AI-first capabilities. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic leadership, stakeholder influence, and hands-on execution to unlock people-led outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Lead development and execution of global people strategies for the Chief Product and Customer Officer's organization * Partner with cross-functional teams to attract, develop, and retain critical talent for enterprise-focused products and services * Design and implement scalable people programs and processes to support AI-native strategies * Coach senior leaders and build capabilities in leadership effectiveness, organizational transformation, and performance management * Provide data-driven insights and proactive solutions to enable informed decision-making across the cloud business * Manage complex stakeholder relationships and communicate people-related challenges to top leadership * Drive recognition, rewards, and development initiatives aligned with business goals * Support operational excellence in People Operations to enable rapid and systemic transformation across Google Cloud Tasks * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience * 15 years of HR business partner/senior management experience in a people-related function * 5 years of people management experience in HR * 5 years of experience leading HR at a global technology-oriented company * Experience setting strategy and executing complex, global people programs * Experience partnering with sales, product, and technology teams serving enterprise customers * Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills * Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make actionable recommendations * AI-integrated and AI-first mindset Key requirements * bonus target (40%) * equity * benefits * performance-based rewards
