Job description
We are looking for an experienced Application Developer NET to support the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise web applications. This Long-term Contract position is based on site in Southern California, with an expectation of working on location four days each week. The role is well suited for a senior-level full-stack developer who can partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.
Responsibilities:

Build, enhance, and support enterprise-grade web applications and API services using modern full-stack development practices.

Work closely with business partners, project leads, quality teams, and design stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.

Contribute across the full software lifecycle, including analysis, architecture input, coding, testing, deployment, and post-release support.

Review code, investigate application issues, and resolve defects to maintain performance, stability, and usability in production environments.

Design and optimize SQL Server database objects such as stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers to support application performance and data integrity.

Implement secure authentication, authorization, logging, and error-handling approaches that align with enterprise development standards.

Maintain source control, support branching strategies, and contribute to automated build, test, and deployment workflows using CI/CD tools.

Coordinate priorities across multiple assignments, provide progress updates, and produce clear technical and user-facing documentation.

Support system integration efforts involving content platforms, third-party services, e-commerce connections, and data synchronization processes.
Requirements
Requirements * At least 5 years of full-stack web development experience delivering enterprise applications.

Strong hands-on development experience with C#, .NET technologies, and SQL Server in a detail-oriented environment.

Advanced knowledge of T-SQL, database design, query tuning, indexing, and execution plan analysis.

Proficiency with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Angular or AngularJS.

Experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs and web services for integrated business applications.

Working knowledge of DevOps practices, source control, and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms.

Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred experience with Node.js or Java, Adobe Photoshop, and large-scale web or database application environments. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
