You'll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and hardware teams to create tools that accelerate innovation in advanced hardware development. The ideal candidate demonstrates a high degree of ownership, technical excellence, and curiosity-balancing fast execution with thoughtful engineering.
Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end features across the full stack using React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Postgres

Architect and optimize backend data models, APIs, and services for performance, reliability, and maintainability

Build and refine user interfaces that make complex hardware manufacturing workflows simple and intuitive

Contribute to excellence in operations including maintaining and improving our CI pipeline and independently supporting an on-call shift

Implement and maintain a strong automated testing culture with comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end coverage

Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions across the Boltline platform

Partner with product and hardware teams to translate user needs into scalable, elegant software solutions

Contribute to operational excellence by improving CI/CD pipelines, observability, and on-call reliability
