Senior Python Developer

The Developer is responsible for the overall performance of the product by applying software engineering principles to the design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation of software. This role ensures the timely delivery of high-quality software within release timelines and guidelines., * Develop complex code based on functional specifications, completing logic and algorithm design in alignment with established standards.

• Translate and analyze software requirements into design specifications, ensuring consistent adherence throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform complex peer code reviews and provide insight on the broader impact of software changes across the product.
• Lead and influence team standards, processes, and events - including planning, work estimation, solution demos, and implementation design discussions.
• Contribute to the implementation of a delivery pipeline, including test automation, security, and performance.
• Mentor, coach, and provide constructive technical feedback to team members, supporting their growth and overall team performance.

• Python
• Java (basic proficiency required)
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible
• Cloud Platforms (preferred: AWS; additional experience with Azure or GCP is a plus), * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
• Significant experience with Python and preferably Java, with a solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), AWS platforms, and working in Windows/Linux development environments using open-source tools and platforms.
• Experience with testing practices including unit and integration tests; e2e testing in Playwright is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience with build environments, delivery pipelines, continuous software delivery, and continuous integration tools.
