• Strong candidate with 6-8 years of experience and proficiency in Python with a solid understanding of object-oriented and/or functional programming
• Proven experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of API design principles, authentication/authorization (e.g., OAuth, JWT), and versioning.
• Experience with common Python frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, or Django).
• Google Cloud Platform Pub/Sub for event-driven and asynchronous messaging.
• BigQuery or similar SQL DB for large-scale data analytics and querying.
• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases and writing efficient queries.
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
