Engineer III - Middleware

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IEHP's middleware to enable secure, scalable integration across systems. You will guide strategic middleware initiatives, including roadmap and architecture design, while ensuring security and regulatory compliance. You will manage complex deployments, incident resolution, and continuous improvement to boost operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support production releases with Application Development. This is a mission-driven opportunity to strengthen middleware capabilities at scale.
