Job description
- Design and implement modern, responsive, and accessible UI solutions using frameworks like React, Angular, or VueJS, alongside HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Translate user needs into intuitive interfaces using wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- Build and manage scalable back-end services using Python, Java, C#, or Go, and leverage Kubernetes, REST/GraphQL APIs, and microservices.
- Work with data engineers to integrate data pipelines, analytics tools, and content delivery processes.
- Partner with cyber engineers to enhance software security and develop automated CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments with DevSecOps teams.
- Participate in architecture decisions, technical design reviews, Agile workflows, and iterative software delivery.
- Troubleshoot performance issues, guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and advocate for UI best practices.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree with 9+ years, Master's with 7+ years, or PhD with 4+ years of related experience.

On-Site Requirement: Willing to work 100% on-site in Colorado Springs, CO.

Back-End Development: 4+ years of experience with Python, Java, or C#.

Front-End Development: Team-based experience with React, Angular, or VueJS, plus HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI standards.

Cloud Development: 4+ years with AWS, Azure, or DAF Cloudworks, and experience automating testing and delivery processes.

Tools & Processes: Expertise with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Agile Scrum, and CI/CD pipelines.

Testing & Optimization: Proficiency with automated testing (e.g., JMeter, Selenium, Jest) and front-end optimization for accessibility and performance. *, * UI/UX Expertise: Experience designing aesthetic, user-friendly, accessible interfaces with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and a focus on responsive design, A11y compliance, and web performance.

Benefits & conditions
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
