Experteer Overview In this role you lead large, high-value technology programs for AT&T, driving planning, execution, and delivery of complex network projects. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and apply Agile methods to secure on-time, on-budget results. You influence executives and mentor junior PMs while upholding industry standards and compliance. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role that shapes how we deploy software and contact center technology at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Plan and manage complex technical project plans, schedules, resources, feasibility studies, and business cases * Assemble and lead project teams, assign responsibilities, oversee performance across multiple interrelated projects * Perform scheduling, tracking, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change management, and control to meet timelines and budgets * Engage with clients and executives; communicate, present, and build relationships with stakeholders * Establish and manage contractual relationships with customers and external vendors; align deliverables with business requirements * Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies; apply Agile techniques for team collaboration and backlog management Tasks * Bachelor in Engineering or Computer Science; 7+ years of related experience * Certified in some areas (as mentioned) * Experience managing technology implementations in software development or contact center tech (call routing/IVR) * Ability to present to executives and manage senior-level stakeholder expectations * Strong program management skills across large, complex initiatives * Comfort with financial aspects of a program and cost analysis Key requirements * Medical/Dental/Vision coverage * 401(k) plan * Tuition reimbursement * Paid Time Off and holidays * Parental leave * Disability benefits
