UX/UI Designer

As a UX/UI Designer at Creatif Studio, you'll be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging user experiences for our clients' digital products. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design process from research and concept through to high-fidelity prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create comprehensive design systems that ensure consistency and accelerate development
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Present design concepts and rationales persuasively to clients and stakeholders
• Stay current with UX/UI trends while maintaining focus on usability fundamentals

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Sketch
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
