Job description
As a System Engineer, you will be the person colleagues count on when something goes wrong. And you are the engineer who makes sure things go right in the first place. You'll resolve internal IT incidents, take ownership of changes from preparation through to communication. This is not a pure support role. Yes, you'll help colleagues when needed, but you'll also improve the environment behind the scenes, automate repetitive work, contribute to projects and help shape how IT Workspace develops at CM.com., Your work spans the full width of our stack: device and application management across Windows and Apple, Microsoft 365, Identity & Access Management, office networking, server maintenance and Nextcloud (near future). Requirements
By welcoming AI Agents into our organisation, we fundamentally change how work is done. You are comfortable with change and you love working in a high paced environment., * You have a degree in Informatica, ICT, System & Network Engineering or a similar education
- You have experience in building and managing systems, IT Infrastructure, IT support, and more
- Communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, a continuous improvement mentality and you work accurately and stay proactive
- You have experience in any of the following technologies: Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Netskope (VPN), Firewall & Switch management, Wi-Fi management, DNS / DHCP, RADIUS, and Nextcloud.
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Residency near our HQ in Breda. You'll work from the office.
