Python Gen AI Developer

Experteer Overview As a Python Gen AI Developer at NTT DATA, you will design and optimize generative AI models and bring them into production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals. You will work on frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX and apply models such as GANs, VAEs, and LLMs to real-world applications. The role emphasizes integrating AI into cloud-based services and APIs, while advancing the AI strategy through hands-on development and experimentation. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position at the intersection of research, engineering, and product delivery. Compensation / Benefits * Design, implement, and optimize generative AI models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. * Research and implement machine learning algorithms and tools. * Integrate generative AI models into production systems and applications via APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Manage and direct research and development processes to meet AI strategy needs. * Develop ML applications aligned with project requirements and business goals. * Perform ML tests and statistical analyses to fine-tune systems. * Select appropriate datasets and data representations. * Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks. * Train systems and retrain as necessary. * Collaborate with engineering and leadership on design, prototyping, testing, and training of AI/ML solutions. Tasks * 5+ years of overall experience. * 3+ years of strong Python coding skills with libraries (NumPy, Pandas). * 2+ years solid understanding of generative AI models (GANs, VAEs, LLMs). * Experience with Neo4J and MongoDB. * Experience with Python web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django). * Experience in working in a scrum team and familiarity with related ceremonies. * Strong communication skills. * Experience with Gen AI implementations. * Experience with Langchain, Vector DB, Embeddings or related frameworks. * Experience with AI/ML model implementations using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc. * Experience with GCP knowledge. * Nice to have: Banking domain, Chat/IVR experience.
