Sr. Data Analyst

Experteer Overview You will join the AI product team to translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses and drive data-informed decisions. The role focuses on evaluating voice AI outputs, data quality, and experimental cycles to improve models at scale. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics with business goals, while shaping the analytical framework and promoting proactive next steps. Compensation / Benefits * Analyze large volumes of voice- and text-based AI outputs to spot patterns, gaps, and improvement opportunities * Assess and improve data quality, identifying missing or unreliable data and leveraging internal or vendor feedback loops * Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses about system behavior and measure changes in AI models * Collaborate with the data analyst, product managers, and senior leadership to align analytics with business goals * Translate open-ended questions into structured analytical approaches and clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders * Proactively suggest next steps and analytical directions * Write SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, transform, and analyze data from Snowflake and other sources * Contribute to scalable documentation and analytics frameworks Tasks * 3-7 years of data analytics with emphasis on decision science, experimentation, or statistics * Strong Python proficiency for data manipulation and analysis * Strong SQL skills with complex queries over large datasets * Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse * Ability to work with messy, incomplete, or unstructured data (text, audio logs) * Experimental mindset with experience in A/B testing or structured experiments * High curiosity and comfort with ambiguity * Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences * Self-directed and proactive with ability to drive work without a prescriptive roadmap * Availability to work Eastern hours Key requirements * Vacation/PTO * Medical * Dental * Vision * 401k * Bonus
