Experteer Overview In this role you drive PAM strategy and delivery to reduce privileged access risk across Pfizer Digital. You will modernize and operate PAM across enterprise, cloud, and machine-to-machine environments, enabling secure, scalable access while improving user experience. You'll work with cross-functional teams to translate needs into robust PAM solutions and runbooks. This is a hands-on leadership role that shapes the PAM program and supports continuous improvement. Compensation / Benefits * Oversee enterprise PAM services ensuring reliability, security, scalability, and compliance. * Design, deploy, and maintain PAM solutions meeting business, technical, cybersecurity, and regulatory needs. * Integrate applications, service accounts, and secrets into PAM with lifecycle support. * Coordinate technical resources, including contingent staff, for service enhancements. * Collaborate with service owners, cloud, and cybersecurity teams to translate business needs into secure PAM designs. * Maintain architecture diagrams, runbooks, and operational documentation. * Develop automation via APIs, scripting, and PAM technologies to improve efficiency and user experience. * Create and sustain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to enable cloud automation. * Adhere to code quality, security reviews, testing, and continuous improvement. * Support BAU operations, incident management, and ITIL-aligned problem resolution. * Mentor junior team members and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Tasks * 4+ years in IT, IAM, cybersecurity, or related enterprise technology roles; or higher degrees with corresponding experience. * 2+ years of hands-on PAM experience in large, complex environments. * Proven leadership of technical teams and cross-functional initiatives; experience with external providers. * Experience with PAM platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea/Thycotic, or similar. * Knowledge of IAM, MFA, SSO, secrets management, credential rotation, session management, least privilege, and threat detection. * Experience integrating PAM across cloud/on-prem, IaaS, SaaS, Windows, Linux, databases, networks, and applications (Azure and AWS). * Agile experience with collaborative, adaptive mindset; proactive problem solving. * Automation, scripting (PowerShell, Python), and API usage to streamline PAM processes. * Understanding of SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA; ability to develop and enforce security policies. * Ability to articulate PAM strategies and roadmaps aligned to risk reduction and business goals. * Excellent communication with senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-department collaboration skills.
