Job description

Experteer Overview As Senior ERP Administrator for Oracle SCM, you will own the functional health and delivery of Oracle SCM across Design-to-Build and Procure-to-Pay. You'll serve as the primary functional liaison among business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, Oracle, and delivery teams. You'll translate requirements into scalable SCM designs and oversee end-to-end implementation, testing, and production readiness. This role combines hands-on configuration, release planning, and post-go-live support in a fast-paced, defense-focused environment. Compensation / Benefits * Own the functional health and delivery of Oracle SCM across Design-to-Build and Procure-to-Pay * Act as the primary Oracle SCM functional contact for stakeholders and delivery teams * Translate business requirements into scalable SCM designs and implementation plans * Perform hands-on functional configuration across procurement, inventory, manufacturing, planning, and cost management * Manage end-to-end delivery from discovery to Hypercare and production support * Coordinate with OIC, Oracle Development, Security, Enterprise Architecture, Finance, and QA for integrated ERP solutions * Lead functional discovery workshops, validation, and testing phases * Develop end-to-end test scenarios and manage defect triage and resolution * Support production operations through incident management and root cause analysis * Identify process improvements and scalable Oracle SCM capabilities * Maintain functional designs, configuration records, and release documentation Tasks * 7+ years of ERP functional administration or consulting with hands-on Oracle Cloud SCM * Deep experience configuring Oracle SCM across procurement, inventory, manufacturing, planning, cost management * Experience supporting Design-to-Build and Procure-to-Pay end-to-end processes * Ownership of ERP enhancements through discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, Hypercare, and production support * Experience leading system integration testing, UAT, regression testing, and validation * Strong understanding of Oracle SCM integration with security, data, and adjacent systems * Ability to partner with stakeholders and architects to convert ambiguous requirements into executable outcomes * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders * Degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience * U.S. Person status required for access to export controlled data Key requirements * competitive equity grants * comprehensive benefits package * health coverage * recovery support * early information on Explore Our Benefits
