Java / Python Hands-on Engineer

We are seeking hands-on Java and Python Engineers to design, build, and operate modern, cloud-native software systems. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved across the full SDLC and bring a site reliability mindset while ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available applications., * Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and operations of complete software systems.

• Contribute to software builds using consistent development practices, shared tools, reusable components, and clear documentation.
• Debug software components, identify code defects, and implement effective remediation.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles by defining and measuring service golden signals (latency, traffic, errors, saturation).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, resilient solutions.

Required Technical Skills: Programming & Frameworks:

• Hands-on experience with Modern Java, Python, and TypeScript

Databases & Messaging:

• Strong knowledge of MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL
• Experience with MongoDB, Redis
• Event-driven systems using Kafka

DevOps & Cloud-Native:

• Containerization with Docker
• Orchestration using Kubernetes
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Ansible, Helm

CI/CD, Monitoring & Observability:

• CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins
• GitOps and deployment using ArgoCD
• Monitoring and observability with Grafana and Datadog

• Experience building scalable microservices architectures
• Strong understanding of cloud-native best practices
• Familiarity with security-first development and compliance standards
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
