Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and modernize enterprise Privileged Access Management to reduce risk and improve user experience across on-premises, cloud, and machine-to-machine environments. You will provide technical direction, design PAM solutions, and drive cross-functional collaboration to meet security, audit, and regulatory needs. The position sits in Pfizer Digital's CISO organization, focusing on scalable, secure PAM services. You'll influence PAM strategy and roadmap in a fast-moving, security-conscious culture. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and manage enterprise Privileged Access Management services for reliability, security, and compliance * Define, deploy, and maintain PAM solutions meeting business, technical, and regulatory requirements * Operate autonomously in ambiguous environments while coordinating across teams * Integrate applications, targets, service accounts, secrets, and third-party platforms into PAM with lifecycle support * Provide technical direction for PAM enhancements and service improvements * Collaborate with service owners, teams, and stakeholders to translate needs into secure PAM solutions * Develop and maintain architecture, runbooks, and SDLC artifacts for PAM * Automate processes using APIs, scripting, and PAM technologies to improve efficiency and user experience * Create Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to automate cloud infrastructure * Ensure code quality and secure development practices across the PAM stack * Identify improvements to reduce manual work, strengthen controls, and enhance user experience * Support 24x7 operations, incident response, and ITIL-aligned problem management * Provide clear technical leadership and stakeholder communication Tasks * Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, or related field; or equivalent advanced degree with years of experience * 5+ years of hands-on PAM experience in large enterprise environments; 6+ years in related roles; master or PhD with specified years also acceptable * Proven technical leadership for complex cross-functional initiatives * Extensive experience designing, implementing, integrating, and operating PAM platforms (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea/Thycotic) * Strong knowledge of IAM, MFA, SSO, secrets management, credential rotation, session management, least privilege, threat detection * Experience integrating PAM across cloud/on-premises/IaaS/SaaS, including Azure and AWS * Proficiency with automation/tools (PowerShell, Python) to streamline PAM processes * Understanding of regulatory and audit requirements (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA) and security policy enforcement * Ability to develop and execute PAM strategies/roadmaps aligned with business goals * Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to leaders and non-technical audiences * Agile experience and collaborative problem-solving mindset Key requirements * 401(k) with matching contributions * health benefits (medical, prescription, dental, vision) * paid vacation and personal days * paid caregiver/parental and medical leave * hybrid work schedule * bonus target and long-term incentive eligibility
