SAP Functional Analyst SD

Experteer Overview As an Enterprise Application Functional Analyst, you will design, implement, and support Sales and Distribution solutions across SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce CRM. You will collaborate with SMEs and business stakeholders to translate needs into effective configurations and enhancements. The role combines hands-on delivery with production support and documentation, enabling large initiatives and technology adoption. You'll help drive continuous improvement in a fast-moving, global manufacturing environment. This is an opportunity to shape how we enable order-to-cash processes at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Manage the life cycle of small to medium enhancements and production support issues * Understand business concepts, practices, and procedures and translate them into solutions * Collaborate with SMEs to model SAP and Salesforce processes and provide training * Create and maintain design and functional documentation * Develop test cases and assist with testing * Support large initiatives and apply enhancement packs and new technologies * Proactively learn and apply new trends in area of expertise * Provide thought leadership for technology adoption Tasks * Expertise in SAP SD design, delivery, and support * Hands-on configuration and support of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud * Experience with SAP-Salesforce integration, including master data and transaction data flow * Proven Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, and Transportation experience * Experience with EDI Orders and related SD/EDI messages * Knowledge of MM, QM, TM, WM, FI/CO integration points * Collaboration with ABAP developers for troubleshooting * S4HANA experience and/or relevant certification preferred * Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; 5+ years SD config; 2+ full lifecycle SD implementations; 2+ years Salesforce experience; 3+ years manufacturing industry experience Key requirements * Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance * 401(k) Savings Plan with Company Match * 12 Paid Holidays * 10 Vacation Days * Short-term and Long-term Disability * Life and AD&D Insurance
