Experteer Overview In this role you lead a high-stakes intelligence program, aligning technical and contract performance with customer expectations. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, coordinate with the COTR and key decision-makers, and ensure on-time, on-budget deliverables. You shape tasking and oversee staffing, forecasting, and reporting to drive mission success. This position offers influence over strategic intelligence initiatives and the integration of advanced AI/ML capabilities to modernize workflows. Compensation / Benefits * Manage day-to-day staffing, finances, and reporting for the contract * Oversee employees and subcontractors, directing work and mentoring the team * Coordinate with COTR and customer decision-makers to maintain baselines and deliverables * Define tasks with the customer and ensure alignment with contract requirements * Prepare staffing plans and forecast program financial performance * Recruit, interview, and hire staff as needed; assign workloads and provide technical direction * Monitor contracts, subcontracts, and funding; forecast financial performance * Develop and deliver contracts, departmental, project, and financial reports * Assist new staff in starting tasks and ensure knowledge transfer * Coordinate with Security on crossover/orientation and time- attendance guidance Tasks * Active TS/SCI with Poly * 10 years of experience across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise * Deep knowledge of DIA missions and organizations * Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 10 years of all-source intelligence experience, incl. 3 years in supervision * Ability to lead and supervise teams, workloads, and performance evaluations * Experience integrating AI/ML tools into intelligence analysis or collection workflows * Experience applying LLM platforms to intelligence requirements * Strong MS Office proficiency and familiarity with IC analytic tools (Palantir, Analyst Notebook, Intelink, etc.) * Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills across government levels (SES, Flag Officer, Senior Executive) Key requirements * discretionary bonus * overtime eligibility * shift differential * base pay commensurate with experience
