Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you helm the implementation and ongoing optimization of Proofpoint Information Protection solutions for large enterprises. You partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate objectives into compliant, secure configurations and oversee the full lifecycle from discovery to knowledge transfer. You'll lead complex deployments, develop playbooks, and mentor the PCMS team to maximize customer outcomes. The role combines hands-on technical work with program leadership in a fast-paced environment that values clear communication and accountability. Compensation / Benefits * Engage with customers to understand structure and workflows as a trusted advisor * Lead complex implementations to meet information protection and compliance requirements * Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Product Management and external partners to capture requirements * Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and project success * Mentor PCMS team members to strengthen technical, PM, and customer management skills * Lead DLP and data exfiltration investigations and develop playbooks for strategic accounts * Configure and support data protection technologies including Proofpoint Email DLP, Cloud DLP, Endpoint DLP, DSPM, and AEDLP * Define and document best practices, processes, templates, and architectures for the managed services team * Leverage experience to share best practices and develop creative proofs of value for Proofpoint Information Protection products Tasks * 5+ years in Professional Services Consulting or similar role, preferably in Data Loss Prevention * Extensive knowledge of Information Protection and Compliance * Experience configuring dictionaries, Regular Expressions (RegEx), and detector-based logic * Experience with Proofpoint Email DLP, Cloud DLP, Endpoint DLP, DSPM, and AEDLP * Strong project management skills with high attention to detail * Excellent written and verbal communication * Ability to present technology to both executives and technical audiences * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Excellent organizational, analytical, and influencing skills * Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude * Experience supporting Fortune 500 or other large enterprise customers * Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or higher in a related field Key requirements * Competitive compensation * Comprehensive benefits * Flexible work environment * Two paid Wellbeing Days * Two paid Volunteer Days per year * Work from Anywhere option
