Requirements
1-3 years of experience in UX Design Basic understanding of UX principles (flows, IA, usability) Experience with Figma Good communication and teamwork skills English: medium-high level (comfortable working in English) Nice to have AI usage to empower design process Interest or experience in ecommerce Familiarity with conversion, usability or CRO principles Experience in agency or digital environments Understanding of accessibility basics
