Job description
- We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Team Member with strong expertise in SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori, and Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR) to support SAP Finance development initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to develop, enhance, and support SAP solutions for Equipment Leasing, Sales Leases, Operational Leases, and Revenue Recognition (RAR).
- The role requires strong technical expertise in SAP ABAP development, SAP Fiori application development, SAP BTP, debugging, enhancements, integrations, and production support while ensuring high-quality, performance-optimized, and clean-core compliant solutions., * Develop, customize, and enhance SAP ABAP objects for Leasing, Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR), and Finance/Logistics processes.
- Design and develop Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, BADIs, User Exits, IDocs, RFCs, OData Services, and CDS Views.
- Develop and enhance SAP Fiori applications using SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
- Analyze functional specifications and prepare technical design documents.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting of standard and custom SAP programs.
- Support Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production support.
- Optimize ABAP code for performance, scalability, and SAP clean-core compliance.
- Support Finance and Logistics integrations across SAP modules.
- Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, transport requests, and deployment documentation.
- Participate in production issue analysis and provide timely resolutions.
- Follow SAP development standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong experience in SAP ABAP Development
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori
- Experience with Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR)
- Knowledge of Equipment Leasing, Sales Leasing, and Operational Leasing
- Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO
- Strong understanding of SAP SD
- Experience with Enhancements, BADIs, User Exits
- Experience developing Reports, Interfaces, Forms
- Hands-on experience with IDocs
- Experience with RFC
- Experience developing OData Services
- Experience with CDS Views
- Experience working with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Performance tuning and code optimization
