Lead Technical Program Mgr

Experteer Overview In this role you drive and coordinate the delivery of software development initiatives within Disney's Advertising alliance, aligning cross-functional teams and technical leads. You'll translate complex technical details into clear schedules, risks, and milestones for business and tech stakeholders. You partner with project managers and engineers to keep programs on track, balancing delivery pace with quality. This position offers a chance to shape program governance and scale impact across the media technology organization. Compensation / Benefits * Own end-to-end delivery of a set of software development deliverables from initiation to completion * Define and optimize Agile ceremonies and processes for large cross-team projects * Leverage Agile/Scrum to guide teams toward timely, high-quality outcomes * Identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and escalate when needed * Facilitate team ceremonies and workshops with broader groups to reach actionable outcomes * Define inputs/outputs, dependencies, and create program milestones across teams * Monitor risks and communicate mitigation plans to stakeholders * Provide transparent status updates to leadership and technical teams * Discuss technical risks clearly with non-engineering audiences and executives * Influence stakeholders towards effective business processes and technical solutions Tasks * 7+ years of relevant experience * Strong ability to facilitate effective communication across disparate teams * Proven planning, delivery, and problem-solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation, including with senior leadership * Experience with Agile/Scrum development in a highly technical domain * Experience managing formal application software development projects * Experience in a media technology environment or with advertising technology domain knowledge * BA/BS or equivalent experience Key requirements * bonus and/or long-term incentive units * medical benefits * financial benefits * full range of benefits * equity or incentive opportunities
