Experteer Overview In this role you will drive software quality for life sciences solutions, supporting a cross-functional R&D Software team in Indianapolis. You'll design and run tests, build automated scripts, and help ensure reliable releases that accelerate patient access to therapies. You'll work closely with software, hardware, and product teams to clarify requirements and prevent defects, while contributing to ongoing process improvements. This is a hands-on opportunity to impact product quality and speed in a mission-driven org. Compensation / Benefits * Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability * Enhance and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve coverage and efficiency * Collaborate with software engineers, hardware engineers, and product managers to clarify requirements and ensure quality releases * Investigate, document, and communicate defects; drive timely resolution with the engineering team * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to refine test processes and tooling Tasks * Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or equivalent * 2+ years of software testing experience * Experience designing and executing test cases, documenting defects, and validating fixes across the software lifecycle * Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., pytest, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar) * Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills Key requirements * comprehensive benefit programs * health care program * paid time off
