Sr. Software Engineer, Customer Experience Engineering

Experteer Overview In this Senior Software Engineer role, you build intelligent data applications that help diagnose customer issues and improve guidance within Snowflake. You lead cross-functional efforts to reduce friction in the product and enable scalable solutions across multiple data sources. You'll collaborate with product, design, and partner teams to shape the product vision while mentoring junior engineers. This is an opportunity to influence how customers experience Snowflake and accelerate impact through AI-native, experimental approaches.
