FAST Labs - Senior Systems Engineer

Experteer Overview Join BAE Systems MA to advance mission-level operational analyses across multi-domain environments. You will work with design teams to assess threats, define operational requirements, and judge mission effectiveness in simulations. You'll use standard and custom tools to model, analyze, and visualize battlespace dynamics. This role is onsite, collaborative, and focused on delivering insights that shape defense solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Perform mission simulation using government or industry standard tools to determine mission effectiveness * Conduct engagement simulations with MATLAB, Simulink, and related tools * Model and analyze mission performance of weapon systems across air, land, sea, space, and cyber domains * Develop and apply advanced software and systems methods to solve complex technical problems * Visualize battlespace at mission or engagement level * Support data analysis of simulation results and requirements analysis using customized tools Tasks * Bachelor in a technical field and ~5 years of experience or equivalent * Experience with analysis tools such as MATLAB, Python, VBA, C/C++, or similar * Active Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret DoW clearance with SCI accesses Key requirements * health, dental, and vision insurance * health savings accounts * 401(k) savings plan * disability coverage * life and accident insurance * paid time off and holidays
