Job description

  • Support the planning, design, and development of manufacturing data systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Modify existing databases and create new solutions to streamline reporting and data management processes.
  • Develop and maintain database code, including queries, stored procedures, and data access logic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and data accuracy across manufacturing platforms.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to monitor manufacturing performance and identify bottlenecks.

Requirements

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Access Database Developer to join their team. As an Access Database Developer, you will be part of the Digital Solutions Department supporting Manufacturing Operations and Data Management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization., * Proven experience with MS Access, SQL, VBA, and related database management tools.

  • Strong understanding of database design, data architecture, and data relationships.
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and reporting from large and complex databases.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs, performance metrics, and process improvement techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
