8+ years of software engineering experience
2-4 years of hands-on Web3/blockchain development
Strong expertise in Solidity, smart contract development, and Ethereum ecosystem
Experience with Java/Spring Boot and/or Node.js
Proficiency with Web3.js, Ethers.js, Web3J, or Viem
Knowledge of ERC token standards, blockchain security, wallets, and transaction lifecycle
Experience with event-driven architectures, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, * Experience with Hyperledger Besu, Corda, or other permissioned blockchain platforms
