This organization is investing in improving and enhancing its HR technology environment and is seeking a highly skilled HRIS professional to help maximize system functionality, automate processes, and support ongoing system enhancement projects. This role will play a key part in improving the employee and manager experience by building more efficient workflows, supporting benefits integrations, and helping drive adoption of HR technology tools. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping shape the future state of an evolving HR systems environment., * Serve as a primary resource for UKG HRIS administration, optimization, and system enhancement projects.
- Configure and improve workflows, automations, and HR system processes.
- Support benefits-related file feeds, vendor integrations, and system connectivity projects.
- Troubleshoot system issues and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with benefits administration support and collaborate with internal HR team members on system-related initiatives.
- Create process documentation, user guides, and operational manuals.
- Develop and deliver manager training and support end-user adoption of HR technology tools.
- Partner with vendors, brokers, and third-party providers to support HRIS and benefits projects.
- Maintain a high level of customer service while supporting employees and managers., Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Requirements
The ideal candidate is a hands-on HRIS professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working behind the scenes to optimize systems. They are comfortable navigating complex HR technology environments, troubleshooting issues, and managing integrations and file feeds. This person should have strong UKG experience, a process-improvement mindset, and the ability to operate independently while partnering closely with HR, employees, managers, vendors, and brokers. A strong customer-service orientation is essential, along with the ability to create documentation, train end users, and support long-term system adoption efforts., * Required: 5+ years of HRIS, Benefits Systems, HR Operations, or related experience.
- Required: Strong UKG experience, including system administration, workflow development, configuration, and optimization.
- Required: Experience supporting benefits integrations, file feeds, EDI feeds, or vendor connectivity projects.
- Experience managing relationships with brokers, carriers, vendors, or third-party partners.
- Experience with HRIS implementations, upgrades, system enhancements, or process improvement initiatives.
- Advanced Excel skills including reporting, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
- Strong documentation, training, communication, and customer service skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
