Experteer Overview In this role you will lead client engagements end-to-end within our Trading and Asset Services - Back Office practice, focusing on data reconciliation needs. You will design solutions, configure and implement software, and provide training and post-go-live support to deliver measurable value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments across multiple environments. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines technical proficiency with advisory capabilities to drive project success and client satisfaction. Compensation / Benefits * Lead client engagements from discovery through delivery * Conduct requirements workshops and solution design sessions * Configure and implement software to meet client needs * Deliver training and post-go-live support Tasks * Strong technical experience with reconciliation platforms, preferably IntelliMatch / Data Integrity Manager (DIM) * Proven hands-on experience with IntelliMatch installation, upgrades, and environment setup * Solid expertise in Windows Server environments and SQL Server (installation, configuration, upgrades) * Experience managing multi-environment setups (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD, DR) * Ability to perform technical troubleshooting, log analysis, and performance support * Knowledge of high-availability, DR setups, and failover concepts * Experience conducting technical health checks and performance tuning Key requirements *
