Experteer Overview In this role you will research, design, and develop software and infrastructure solutions to support enterprise systems. You will help administer server OS, middleware, and business applications while collaborating with Application Development and Network Security to address performance and vulnerabilities. You'll lead remediation efforts for security findings and participate in disaster recovery planning. This position offers opportunities to shape IT infrastructure, improve automation, and support cross-functional projects in a large, security-minded environment. Compensation / Benefits * Design and develop software and utilities, analyze user needs, and enhance capabilities * Administer Windows servers, middleware, and business applications including patching * Provide SME support for performance, availability, and vulnerabilities * Troubleshoot OS, web engine, and distributed middleware issues; work after hours as needed * Represent infrastructure for new application installations and projects * Automate infrastructure builds and support processes via scripting/tools * Document procedures for responsible systems with minimal supervision * Review security vulnerability assessments and implement remediations with Security teams * Prioritize and schedule vulnerability remediation with asset owners * Serve as escalation point for distributed systems issues and vulnerability management * Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing * Create architecture/process/procedure docs for audits; produce knowledge articles Tasks * Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, or closely related field * 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation OR 7 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation * Experience with Windows operating systems and middleware (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) * Experience with enterprise migrations (MS 365 Tenant, OnPrem to Azure, Google Drive to OneDrive) and Windows Autopilot * Experience with LDAP/AD, DNS, AD Sync, and account management * Experience with voice/fax solutions (Aveya, RightFax, eFax) * Experience with security solutions (Purview, Proofpoint, Cisco IronPort, Symantec, EOP) and Identity/SSO (OKTA, Microsoft Entra ID, ADFS) * Ability to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in platform and application layers * Ability to document architecture and procedures for audits * Knowledge of disaster recovery concepts and testing Key requirements * medical, dental, vision, & basic life insurance * 401k plan enrollment * annual bank of paid time off and paid holidays
