Experteer Overview In this role you will serve as the in-house data SME, partnering with internal clients to translate needs into scalable pipelines, governance-aligned datasets, and onboarding playbooks. You will lead high-impact data initiatives to accelerate maturity and speed-to-value, shaping data flows across GWFO products. You'll collaborate with technology and data teams to implement scalable, automated solutions that improve decision-making and efficiency. This is a chance to influence enterprise data strategy within Citi's operations ecosystem. Compensation / Benefits * Partner with internal clients to capture data needs and integrate data into the GWFO product suite * Own end-to-end data onboarding delivery: intake, mapping, design, build, validation, release * Create repeatable onboarding playbooks and templates to speed data maturity * Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate across organization for data initiatives * Lead larger projects with broader impact and onboard new clients * Collaborate with data and technology teams to design scalable data flows and integration patterns * Reduce manual data consumption through automation and self-service solutions * Translate complex data problems into actionable designs (source-to-target mappings, data models) * Define hypotheses and success criteria; communicate outcomes to stakeholders * Review enterprise data frameworks to simplify onboarding and align with Citi roadmaps Tasks * 6+ years in data engineering, architecture, or related field with successful complex project delivery * 5+ years in data frameworks, data pipeline and data modeling, cloud/relational DB concepts, and strategic roadmaps * Prior experience in banking/financial services desirable * BS in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Math preferred * Experience with SQL, SAS, Python, R, etc. * Experience with semantic layers, medallion architecture, scalable data frameworks * Strong Enterprise Data Architecture knowledge and methodologies * Ability to interact with senior management as a business partner * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities * Ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders Key requirements * medical, dental & vision coverage * 401(k) * life, accident, and disability insurance * wellness programs * paid time off * paid holidays
