Experteer Overview As an Offensive Security Engineer at CoreWeave, you will lead efforts to identify and mitigate security risks across internal and external systems. You'll perform penetration testing, threat modeling, and guide engineering teams on secure design and best practices. You'll also develop security tooling, research emerging threats, and help continuously improve our security posture. You'll work with cross-functional peers in a fast-paced environment to safeguard our high-performance compute platform. This role offers the chance to shape security strategies for a rapidly growing, mission-driven cloud provider. Compensation / Benefits * Conduct penetration testing and purple/red team exercises * Perform threat modeling, code reviews, and design reviews for development teams * Research attacker techniques and develop countermeasures * Develop and enforce security standards and internal compliance * Provide practical security solutions and manage multiple priorities * Communicate technical security concepts to diverse audiences * Maintain documentation, reports, and security tooling * Participate in additional security initiatives as needed Tasks * 5+ years in offensive information security roles * Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Go, Python, C/C++) * Hands-on pentesting experience with offensive security tools * Strong knowledge of Linux and containerized environments * Experience securing Kubernetes and related security practices * Ability to diagnose root causes and solve complex security problems * Excellent written and verbal communication with solid documentation skills * Independent, multi-priority work style in a fast-paced setting * Willingness to continuously learn and adopt new technologies Key requirements * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with employer match * Flexible PTO * Tuition reimbursement * Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) * Parental leave
