SDET/QA Automation Engineers

As we continue to expand our Quality Engineering practice, we are hiring multiple Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs) to join our team in Plano, Texas. We are looking for passionate automation engineers who can design scalable automation solutions, improve release confidence, and leverage AI-assisted engineering to deliver high-quality software across web, mobile, APIs, cloud services, and distributed systems.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Architects, and QA Engineers to build robust automation frameworks, improve software quality, and accelerate product releases., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks, reusable libraries, and testing utilities.

• Develop automated test scripts for Web, Mobile (Android/iOS), APIs, Backend Services, and End-to-End business workflows.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing and release validation.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and risk-based testing.
• Validate APIs, cloud services, distributed systems, and application integrations.
• Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and support production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve software quality, testability, and release readiness.
• Participate in code reviews and promote automation and quality engineering best practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate test design, automation development, debugging, and productivity.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release activities while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience in Software Development, Test Automation, or Quality Engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
• Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Web, Mobile, API, Backend, and End-to-End Automation Testing.
• Experience with API automation using REST Assured, Postman, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Appium, Selenium, or similar automation frameworks.
• Experience testing Android and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar ALM platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud-native applications, distributed systems, and microservices.
• Experience with exploratory, risk-based, performance, or security testing.
• Exposure to AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar.
