Experteer Overview In this role, you will integrate and verify hardware, software, and system components to meet customer requirements and product releases. You collaborate across mixed environments, maintaining lab setups and contributing to quality improvements. You will diagnose complex issues, plan technical requirements, and support builds and documentation. The position offers opportunities to mentor teams, lead small projects, and advance Nokia's R&D-driven culture. This role blends hands-on engineering with process improvement to drive reliable, scalable products.
