Job description
I'm working on an exciting Contract-to-Hire opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise ERP integration program. We're looking for someone who can operate at both the strategic and execution levels-someone who can oversee multiple workstreams while also diving into the details when needed.
Requirements
?? 10+ years of Program/ Project Management experience
?? Experience leading enterprise ERP (Oracle preferred) programs
?? Exposure to M&A, acquisitions, or post-merger system integrations
?? Ability to oversee multiple project managers and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives
?? Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
?? Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence
