Job description
- Manage feature request intake and ensure work is properly tracked in Azure DevOps (AzDO).
- Maintain backlogs, user stories, and work items while partnering with Product Managers, Architects, and engineering teams.
- Support Sprint Planning, backlog refinement, and PI Planning activities.
- Create and maintain metrics, dashboards, and scorecards using Power BI, Excel, and Azure DevOps.
- Track project progress, communicate updates, and follow up with stakeholders to keep initiatives on schedule.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on program health and delivery.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience supporting Agile software development teams.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (AzDO), including backlog management, user stories, boards, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps Server (TFS/VSTS), or similar Agile tools.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience supporting engineering, product development, or New Product Introduction (NPI) teams.
