Experteer Overview In this role you will safeguard the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of master data across PLM, MDM, and ERP to support aerospace engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain. You will set data quality standards, resolve cross-system discrepancies, and uphold governance for product integrity and regulatory traceability. You will serve as SME for MDM/PLM integrations, guide system changes, and mentor teams-driving data discipline and collaboration across functions. This position centers on enabling reliable data flows in a complex PLM/MDM/ERP landscape at Crane's Lynnwood site. Compensation / Benefits * Define master data quality standards and governance across PLM, MDM, and ERP * Act as SME for MDM (Oracle Cloud Product Data Hub) and integrations with PLM and Oracle EBS * Drive resolution of complex integration issues with root-cause analysis and corrective actions * Support export compliance requirements and manage CM change tickets * Provide guidance during system upgrades, migrations and new product introductions * Create and maintain Change Management plans and SOPs; deliver training on CM methodology and PLM usage * Mentor CM team members and promote best practices in MDM/CM across engineering, supply chain, and IT * Operate PLM/MDM/ERP systems to manage product data, controls, and audits * Coordinate and oversee Engineering Change processes and reviews for multiple Crane solutions * Act as Release Champion for data requiring formal releases * Create project and product data in PLM systems for various Crane programs * Support audits as a primary CM resource * Support workflow reviews for releases and data changes Tasks * Fifteen (15) or more years in Configuration Management or equivalent data stewardship experience * Expert understanding of Configuration Control and strong PLM/MDM administration skills (Siemens TeamCenter, Oracle Agile PLM, Oracle Cloud) and Oracle EBS * Solid project management capability and advanced Microsoft Office usage * Excellent communication with executive-ready documentation and cross-functional guidance * Strategic problem solving, mentoring, and leadership in CM processes * Ability to manage high-impact assignments in a dynamic, scaling environment Key requirements * Health care, dental, vision, life and disability insurance starting day one * 15 days of paid time off plus 12 holidays per year * 401k retirement plan with company match * Education reimbursement after 6 months
